Indexing of The Database

Once the database is built, it can be indexed using the following command:

python -m indra_cogex.indexing

or from the root directory of the repository:

./build_extra_indexes.sh

• Indexing The Database (indra_cogex.indexing)
• Indexing CLI (indra_cogex.indexing.cli)
